- Pre-employment Verification
Supplemental
Solutions, Inc. strictly adheres to government requirements for proof of
citizenship and "right to work" eligibility. All applicants must
complete and sign employment eligibility verification form I-9 and
provide the corresponding documents. E-Verify is also being
used.
- Work Environment Evaluation
Prior to assigning
an applicant, a customer site visit may be conducted to
evaluate the work environment. The result is the best match of applicant
to your specific needs with less time required to adapt to a new work
environment.
- Wages and Insurance
As the employer,
Supplemental Solutions, Inc. assumes all responsibility for employment
administration. This includes payroll taxes and providing Workers'
Compensation insurance. (A Certificate of insurance is available to
the customer upon request).
- Customized Billing
Local computerized billing
systems keep problems to a minimum and eliminate many day-to-day billing
questions. We have the ability to customize our invoice to accommodate
your unique requirements, if necessary.
- Competitive Rate Schedules
Our bill rates
include all deductions required by state and federal legislation
including employers' contributions for FICA taxes, unemployment workers'
compensations as well as all other deductions and benefits paid to our
temporary employees. Additional administrative charges are covered
including preparation of W-2's at the end of the year. Supplemental
Solutions, Inc.'s bill rates do not include local or state-levied sales
and/or other added taxes which, where applicable, will be reflected on
the invoice.
